Revenue Management Executive Purpose &amp; Scope of Role : - This is a great opportunity for someone with, preferably, a blue chip FMCG background in Sales Analytics/ Finance to make a transition to an exciting role in Spirits. - The core purpose of the role is to identify opportunities to increase our top-line and gross margin by analyzing trade investments, state mix, price positioning of our brands, geo mix and promotional effectiveness. What You Will Do : This role will primarily involve Analyzing Revenue Management levers to unlock profitable growth: Strategic pricing : - Studying the competitive prices and excise policy within states to identify potential price moves for our brands/ packs - Identifying white spaces in the industry to extend price coverage and increase market share and revenue Fractional strategy: - Identifying profitable and salient SKUs in line with the competition for each market to create focus Geo-Mix optimization : - Maximize profitability by change of market wise volume salience defined using criteria of Industry, profitability and our brands- starting position Investment optimization: - Optimize investments; TI &amp; BI &amp; maximize allocation in winner markets/ channels/ brands - Performance management across the program: - Track and measure the impact of agreed actions - Develop the formats for reviewing success of actions agreed with different teams ex. Sales, Marketing - Monthly monitoring of various KPIs impacted - Identify potential deviations from agreed plan and agree on correct actions within markets - Coordinate projects to put in place Revenue Management analytical systems/tools, processes and ways of working, working closely with Finance, Sales and Marketing - Training and educating the stakeholders on the RGM pillars and applicability of various analyses Key competencies/ Previous experience : - Minimum 3 years experience in relevant area of work-Variance analysis, Pricing optimization, Financial planning &amp; analysis - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Power point, Power Query) - Knowledge on data modelling &amp; designing dashboards using Power BI - Prior experience in the Analytics/ finance function, preferably from FMCG/ CPG company
