- Service an array of clients for a full range of accounting, bookkeeping, tax, banking, administration and related services. - Manage an array of existing client relationships ensuring all clients' statutory accounts are compiled in an accurate and timely manner. - Review financial statements, management reports, & tax returns in accordance to accounting principles and company policies and procedures. - Develop and train a sizeable team of accounting professionals to better service clientele. - Promote team harmony and resolve any issues which may present itself on a day-to-day basis. - Work with local management in identifying and planning for new business propositions. - Lead and develop the client accounting team. - Attend various networking functions to develop business relations with potential clients. - Initiate the development of new client relationships. - Assist Partner in identifying and planning for new business propositions.
