- Setting up accounting and finance function of new clients
- Monitor the end to end accounting function
- Liaison with experts and clients for key issues
- Ensure completeness and timeliness of Month-end closure workings & checks
- Review MIS and Other management reports
- Monitor management trackers and timely closure of open tasks / queries
- Periodic Financial Analysis
- Monitor end to end Accounts Payable function
- Manage various compliances applicable to companies in liaison with subject matter experts
- Review compliances under TDS, Adv Tax, GST, SEZ / STPI etc.
- Periodic end-to-end reviews
- Spotting Issues and Resolving accounting and compliance issues
- Ensure timely closure of end to end finalization
- Preparation / Review of Financial Statements
- Liaison with auditors and expert teams
- Review of Group consolidation of accounts and monitor its audit
- Handle a portfolio of clients and manage client relationship
- Resolve client complaints and issues timely and spot root cause
- Team planning and monitoring
- Team development and motivation
- Maintain good level of efficiency and minimal re-work
- Assist in Recruitment of Assistants.
