Candidate Profile :

1. Minimum Qualification - B.Com; LL.B. (Additional qualification of ACS preferred)

2. Experience - 4 to 8 years - experience post LLB.

3. Persons should be currently working in Accounting & Consultancy firms.

Job Profile:

1. Drafting/Vetting of Legal Contracts (Client Engagements, MSAs, NDAs, MOUs, Leases, Employment Contracts etc.)

2. Reviewing RFPs and tender documents.

3. Advising and coordinating with the internal customers for resolution of all types of legal and compliance queries.

4. Statutory Compliances.
