We have an opportunity for an Assistant Manager/Manager for Corporate Legal Team for Head office in Mumbai Location.
Candidate Profile :
1) Minimum Qualification - LL.B. (Additional qualification of LL.M or ACS preferred)
2) Experience - 5 to 10 years experience post LL.B
3) Persons currently working in Accounting & Consultancy firms.
Job Profile :
1) Drafting/Vetting of Legal Contracts (Client Engagements, MSAs, NDAs, MOUs, Leases, Employment Contracts etc)
2) Reviewing RFPs and tender documents.
3) Advising and coordinating with the internal customers for resolution of all types of legal and compliance queries.
4) Statutory Compliances.
