BDO - Associate Director - Finance - Business Services & Outsourcing Team (10-20 yrs)
- Needs to handle the major responsibilities of the finance department. In addition to the relevant experience an associate director of finance should have the following set of skills:
- Excellent leadership skills to be able to lead a team of professionals and direct them appropriately to follow the guidelines given
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Should be able to maintain and generate different accounting and financial records
- Should have multitasking ability and have the ability to meet the targeted deadlines
- Should be proficient in using computers and should exhibit excellent time management and organization skills
- Examine various financial reports and documents
- Analyze the financial and accounting transactions and ensure that they are in compliance with the company's rules and regulations
- He maintains, reconciles and analyzes all the financial accounts
- He develops, implements and establishes procedures to improve financial business planning by ensuring proper business accounting.
- He is responsible for generating the financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and is actively involved in the designing of the annual budget
- He researches and reviews the financial statements to ensure their accuracy
- In addition to these responsibilities, he also handles the following duties which are as under:
- To implement operational procedures to ensure that the payments are made and received in a timely manner
- To work closely with the director, analyze and resolve the financial issues
- To supervise a team of professional accountants and participate in the meetings related to financial discussion
Qualification Required : CA Qualified for this role
