- Provide input and present case on the approaches to Comp Benchmarking
- Engage in Job/Competency Matching/Benchmark with C&B vendor for roles subject to review
- Build pay-ranges & bonus matrix, and revise to remain current and relevant
- Prepare Compensation Models to propose to Leadership with impact analysis
- Build the model and work-sheet to execute
- Plan for the timelines in coordination with upstream & downstream activities
- Roll out the exercise, collate input and present for final review and approval
- Work with HR Ops on letters and ensure payroll effect of all review
Payroll
- Payroll processing through third-party vendor within timeline and utmost accuracy
- Mandatory pre-payroll checks of input from HR and other functions and compiling it for the vendor
- Pre-payroll check between the input vs output file and obtain necessary approvals for payroll processing
- Taxation management- Deduction, Quarterly & Annual Returns Process, Documentation & Form 16
- Assist Finance in staff cost budgeting, related analyses and invoicing/charging
- Post payroll reporting, GV preparation and input for all statutory and labor compliances
- Handle Statutory, Compliance and Quality Audit on payroll related matters
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Mostly an Individual Contributor role
- Ability to coach, pass on feedback to peers/ non-reporting juniors
