Designation: Business Development Manager- Training Services

Experience: 8-14 Years

Base Location: Mumbai

Objective / Purpose of duty:

- Direct Sales of Dimension Data Training Services portfolio consisting of Cisco - CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, CCIE, etc. Responsible for Selling Global Solution Training Services which includes Training on VMWare, Riverbed, Citrix, Juniper, Bluecoat, ITIL, etc.

Main responsibilities:

Broad Role Definition

1. Understanding Dimension Data Training Service offerings, positioning & value selling in identified Accounts.

2. Aggressively driving Training Services business in Accounts, through Business Planning, Account Planning, Sales Pipeline building, Accuracy in Forecast & Opportunity Management,

3. Transactional selling / Business development & Upsell / Cross-Sell activities in Farming & Hunting Accounts.

4. Achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Business Targets (Booking / Revenue & Profitability) as well as Accounts Receivables Management

5. Managing Relationship & Customer Satisfaction with all Accounts handled.

6. Managing relationship with OEMs like Cisco, VMWare, Citrix, Riverbed, etc.

Essential Skills:

- Sound Business sense, Good knowledge of Business Development & Sales of Services.

- Fair knowledge of the Key Corporates in the specific geography. Fair knowledge of IT/Telecom industry / clients.

- Knowledge of commercial processes and large bid preparations and costing

- Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills

Experience:

- 8- 12 years in the Enterprise/Corporate Sales with minimum 3-5 years in Services Sales, preferably in IT Systems Integration Industry. At least 3 years he/she should have worked in the same Geography.
