BD Manager - Outbound Sales/Telesales - Banking/eCommerce/BPO/KPO

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is handling a large team of tele-callers and is proficient enough in generating sales through them.

Following is the requirement:

1. Experience- More than 2 years of post MBA experience handling a team of tele callers

2. Education- MBA from Tier-1 institute is a must.

3. Team Management Experience is a must.

4. Industry- Banking, E-Commerce, KPO and BPO.
