Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Ensure a robust business development pipeline with leads at various stages (initiation, proposal, negotiations etc)
- Identify and connect with CXOs/decision makers in prospective organizations
- Build strong relationships with mid management leaders for lead generation
- Create larger share of voice with prospects, by meeting them frequently and therefore, create higher recall when an opportunity arises
- Assist in proposal development
- Maintain contacts with old, existing and prospective clients by sending them regular updates
- Own the Marketing Database
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics within specific sectors
- Support marketing activities- participations in conferences, articles writing, etc.
- Deal with PR Agency to get the required positioning and visibility for the company
- Build "sales support organization" to support partners
Required qualifications and skills
- MBA – Marketing
- 3-6 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably from consulting industry, professional services firm or media house
- Sales orientation/ Proven sales record
- “Go-getter attitude”
- Strong networker
- Mature client (CXO level) handling skills
- Domain knowledge or CXO relations in our focus verticals is desirable– Life Sciences, Infrastructure, Power, Oil and Gas, IT, Manufacturing & Technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Executive presence
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
