Roles and responsibilities:
- Business Development: To identify chosen industry sectors in CIP vertical for business development and identify value propositions
- Lead Generation : To generate new business leads from existing client relationships & all relevant practices like HR, Supply Chain etc.
- Lead conversion : Lead business development initiatives from lead identification, design, plan and execute diagnostics /scoping studies, proposal development and negotiations and final conversion
- Leading consulting assignments, Design of consulting approach and various interventions by using products like Manufacturing Excellence, BPR, Six-Sigma, TPM, Lean, Change Management etc.
- Analysis of current situation through qualitative and quantitative analysis, identification of appropriate business solutions and implementation of the same in partnership with client teams.
- Design and deliver appropriate senior management level workshops during the consulting assignments
- Review project performance of client teams along with client top management and provide appropriate insights
- Assignment Profitability management, Identify resources requirement for the project and ensure that no overrun happen
- Expense management : budgeting, allocating, review and control
- Receivable management : Invoice / Db note raising and receivable management
- Develop new products in line with industry need
- Achieve thought leadership in some areas
- Build and continuously update domain knowledge in pre-identified area
- Ideally would like to have somebody who has profound contacts in the manufacturing/CIP industry and who can generate and close new business deals.
