You will drive business development by envisioning and leading partnerships and client relationships in the banking & finance space. This is an experienced customer facing position that requires a strategic mind, exceptional relationship management skills and superior team management attributes. You will be expected to develop and maintain senior relationships in the banking & finance (PSU- s, Private Banks, NBFCs, Captive Finance Companies) space. You will be responsible for mapping and growing the business and will receive a high level of space to do your magic.

Expect to spend a substantial part of your energy on client engagements, day - day operations, sales process management, reviews, ensuring targets are met & hiring within your team. Value creation and ethical sales of the highest standards is what we strive for. The ideal candidate must be prepared to work under tight deadlines while managing competing priorities if she / he is to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage your verticals P&L and will need to optimize for value creation and business growth.

- Initiate, structure and negotiate mutually beneficial deals

- Maintain, develop and grow existing client relationships with a focus to increase revenue

- Attention to your team, clients, target sector and numbers

- Work cross-functionally with several teams (both internal & external)

- Gain an understanding of our strategic and competitive positions and train new & existing clients to encourage adoption

- Despite the pressure, ability to maintain focus on the goal via execution with an aim to maintain and build superior customer relations.

- Making quick, data driven decisions while cascading relevant pieces down to the team

- Build, train and maintain a high performance team under you

Requirements:

- BA / MA - MBA preferred

- A background in the banking & finance space, especially related to auto loans is a plus

- Strong demonstrable sales & project management experience

- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial bent of mind

- Strategic with strong problem solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills - both written & verbal

- A high degree of motivation, self-awareness & ability to multi task effectively in a challenging environment
