BCP Manager- Crisis Management (5+Years Exp)

Location: Pune

Summary: Looking for a candidate from Consulting background having experience into Crisis Management, Business Continuity, SME and working with Business and Enterprise Functions to develop and implementing a robust Business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensuring organization is compliant to ISO22301 standard requirements

2. Conducting Risk Evaluations and develop Mitigation plans

3. Conducting Business Impact Analysis for Business and Enterprise Functions

4. Working on recovery strategies and assisting with development and implementation of BCPs

5. Coordinating and creating Disaster Recovery Plans along with Technology team

6. Conducting and managing test /simulations of BCP/DRP Plan

7. Chairing Crisis Management Team meetings and guide management on effective response procedures

8. Building strong stakeholder relationship with the Business and Enterprise functions

9. Organizing periodic governance reviews with key stakeholders

10. Responding to RFI / RFPs requests

Requirements:

1. Graduation, Post-graduation or equivalent

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Consulting/working experience attained within at least one of the areas: Crisis Management, Business Continuity, SME, Conducting business impact analysis

3. Experience in Crisis Management
