Junior Analyst/ Private Equity/ Fixed Term

Established in 2006 Beacon India Private Equity Fund (https://beaconindia.in/) and its Managers have been investing In India for the last 15+ years. The firm is looking for a Junior Private Equity Analyst to join BCP Advisors Private Limited, its investment advisor based at Gurgaon, India. This is a full-time position reporting to Director Investments.

We are looking for candidates, interested in Private Equity Investing for fixed term employment. Candidates should have good understanding of financial services sector, strong academic credentials and exposure to financial reporting, financial analysis, market and industry research, valuations, and financial modelling.

Key responsibility would be to conduct high quality primary and secondary research to support the team in developing Investment thesis. Preparing IM- s, conduct detailed due diligence and preparing valuation models / Notes for potentials deals

Qualification :

- Graduation from Top Tier Colleges ( IITs/ St Stephens/ SRCC etc) with excellent academic background

- 1-3 years relevant work experience

- Solid Finance and Accounting knowledge

- Preferred CFA/CA
