Areas of Responsibility : - Work as - Project Lead- driving multiple strategic projects for the organization in collaboration with various business functions. - Analyse and breakdown problem statement, discover data requirements and think creatively to constructively address business challenges to find solution(s). - Leverage structured and unstructured data sets to discover patterns and solve strategic & tactical business problems. - Root-cause analysis of problems to provide insights & suggest improvements to business functions, thereby helping in strategic planning. - Develop clear and compelling visualizations and dashboards tailored for intended audiences, to help business teams make data-driven, informed decisions. - Generate innovative ideas and establish new research directions to continuously find growth opportunities for the organization. Educational Qualifications Required : - MBA from a Tier-A institute. Relevant Experience : - Minimum 12 years of professional experience with atleast 5 years in data analytics. - Strong communication skills and an ability to think both qualitatively & quantitatively, keeping business objectives in mind. - Excellent stakeholder management with demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leadership/ shareholders as a trusted business advisor. - Investigative approach with strong data profiling, cleansing & interpretation skills. - Advanced proficiency in excel and data visualization with ability to deliver effective & engaging presentations. - People management skills with an experience of leading a team of at least 2-3 individuals.
