Who are we looking for? - We are looking for individuals who have fair understanding of Marketing and are passionate about helping companies build brands and are strong with quantitative analysis and deriving insights - Candidate would need to have Brand Management knowledge and experience to enable the brands to disrupt and differentiate the brands - Incumbent must have the ability to handle large volumes and high complexity of data, analyze, generate meaningful insights and communicate them effectively. Education : MBA from good institute Experience : Ideal candidates are individuals with 4-10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing/ Account Planning and data analytics in the media and branding space Desired Skills and Experience: - Experience in Brand Management must, should be exposed to Account Planning and Analysis of Advertisement Consumption - Ability to think out of box for solutions for Brands across verticals - Excellent skills with experience on advanced excel, macros, MS Access and Power point - Ability to handle large volumes and high complexity of data, analyse, generate meaningful insights and communicate them effectively - Ability to work will multiple stakeholders across levels including internal departments and clients - Some exposure and clear understanding of print media industry is must - Experience in data interpretation from TAM, IRS, BARC or other proprietary databases for media analysis - media landscape - inclusive of competition The Role : Since inception, Brand Estate has worked with more than 400+ developers and has invested over INR 1500 Crore worth of media currency into building premium brands such as Lodha, Nitesh Estates and Brigade Group among others. Marketing team is responsible for all the brand and marketing initiatives for the investee companies including building marketing plan, branding strategies, brand promotions, conceptualization and execution support for campaigns/events/ activations. Marketing and Brand Management for investee companies : - Strong understanding of branding concepts and understanding of consumers at large to implement all brand solutions - Person would be responsible for the brand health of assigned verticals and brands - Important to guide, build and monitor the journey of the brand to achieve its success - Matrices that are developed to measure the progress of various clients. - All brands to be associated with certain quantifiable parameters to help in measuring the success of the brand as against the AOP - Speed and strength of solution provided towards the clients. - Relevant and Practical Brand solutions - Timely interventions via regular monitoring and interactions to guide the brand on stronger growth trajectory - Data analysis for purpose of revenue enhancement and development of meaningful insight - To keep updated on both brands journey and the market scenario - To develop further insights that could achieve in delivering the corporate's goal at large - Competitive analysis - through Response data, TAM and IRS or any other software package which the organisation may provide. Strong understanding for Microsoft Office tools. - MIS interpretation - for insight development.
