Product Manager - Engagement & Retention Specialist - As part of BCCL's overall innovation process, the New Product & Innovation Team (NPI) helps drive the innovation mandate; accelerates pace of innovation and tracks project progress. NPI's purpose is to focus on collaborating and developing new concepts using market research, consumer insights, competition benchmarking and innovation for commercialization. - For every concept, NPI team follows systematized gating process of Conceptualization, Road mapping, POC/Piloting and Implementation/Monetization. NPI team is also responsible for leading the product management piece, analyzing customer lifecycle to identify different consumer cohorts leveraging data analytics and intelligence, socializing business insights and work with the cross functional teams to execute on the product roadmap. Role Description: - Lead the development of our User segmentation, User journey and retention strategies using data-driven approaches with an intent to drive overall product subscriptions, managing customer retention and product upgrades - Leads analysis on the customer lifecycle to identify different consumer cohorts (high performing, at risk cohorts etc) , understand their motivations and develop incentive & rewards scheme that drive ARPU's. - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive subscription growth - Develop hypotheses, validate them, socialize insights, forecast impact, build product roadmap, work with cross functional teams to execute on the roadmap, measure impact and analyse user feedback to drive superior customer experience - Design new functions and workflow to improve customer experience and drive growth of customer value. - Plan and execute CRM campaigns that will increase DAUs, WAUs & MAUs across multiple channels, platforms and products, also design user journeys across segments or micro-segments to drive product subscriptions and reduce churn - Create new business opportunities via partnerships & alliances to drive product subscriptions - Responsible for KPIs (key performance indicators) tracking, analysis and sharing business intelligence reports with leadership team on a regular basis Skills Required: - Overall 8 - 12 years of experience - Demonstrate strong capabilities in helping business reach desired outcomes with measurable performance across Customer Engagement & Retention, managing Churn, driving product subscriptions - Successful track record of developing and executing campaigns utilizing audience segmentation and A/B testing - Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills; able to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments and be highly self-motivated - Experience with A/B testing, qual and quant user research, and data-driven product iteration - Must possess Analytical and Process Oriented mindset - Solid techno functional background with understanding and hands-on experience working with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Google data studio and Marketing automation platforms (Moengage, Clevertap, Netcore, Webengage) building and managing user journeys - Strong interpersonal communication and social skills; ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members. - Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
