BC Jindal Group - GM - M&amp;A and Accounts &amp; MIS (CA Mandatory) Position : GM- M&amp;A and Accounts &amp; MIS Business : Flexible Packaging (Jindal Films) Job Location : Vasant Kunj, New Delhi Reporting To : VP- M&amp;A Group Website: www.jindalgroup.com Required Qualification : CA (mandatory) Incumbent will be responsible for : - Review and finalization of Monthly MIS (Mainly for France &amp; Netherlands based group companies). - Preparation &amp; tracking of CRMS (Management Tool) and various Management reports. - Profitability analysis at subsidiaries level. - Adding Various Synergies in the business. - Providing support in holding company matters including Tax, MIS and corporate structuring - Integration of newly acquired entity (India and Overseas) with existing group entity - Taking active participation in Business Meeting related to M&amp;A function - Provide support to Head- M&amp;A regarding various group level M&amp;A activity Experience Required : - CA with minimum 10+ years of experience in M&amp;A (overseas acquisition) and Financial Analysis &amp; Management Reporting role.
