B.C. Jindal Group - Assistant/Deputy General Manager - Human Resource (8-12 yrs)
Experience in handling HR functions for international geography. The following aspects to be covered:
a) Employee Engagement/ retention - Employee Pulse check Connects, Leadership sessions, Skip Level. Driving R&R for the business vertical & non comp retention.
b) Responsible to business for Attrition Management ( C&B perspective, Retention of Critical associates, HIPOs)
c) Performance Management: Goal Setting, Continuous Performance Enablement, Driving performance management (Mid term & Annual Cycle) with Increments.
d) Cost Savings Intervention: De risking of Critical associates, Bench Management, other strategic intervention measures, Role rotation.
e) Responsible for driving key HRBP cost reduction / profit margin initiatives for the business vertical in terms of role rotation, Impact analysis
f) Compensation & benefits advisor to the business.
g) HIPO connects, connecting with the High performers in the organization and gathering feedback, for HRBP intervention across the verticals
h) Policy formulation and implementation
i) Talent acquisition
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
