Required Qualification : MBA- Finance or CA

Reporting To : Sr. Management

Kindly find key responsibilities of this position below :

- Providing financial and business leadership & strategic consultation on financial issues affecting the organization

- Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and highlighting variations

- Acting as Change Manager and extending to Sr. Management Team in identifying new revenue streams

- Working as part of Corporate Decision-Making Team and tracking business performance; communicating with CEOs / Business Heads & functional leaders for improving operating performance, operating cash flows and reducing cost/working capital; developing business models and conducting a feasibility study for new projects

- Follow up on corrective actions to be taken on the decision taken

- Business Analysis and Management Reporting

Work Timing : 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly off : 2nd & 4th Saturdays are off

Note : Candidate need to have exposure working with a reputed manufacturing organisation in Business Manager or Management Reporting role
