Salary Range: 6-10 LPA
Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate sales strategy for assigned territory, develop sales forecast, direct distributors and their sales force to achieve sales targets; pursue major prospects and lead in major negotiations as well as recommend appropriate terms of sales.
- Complete accountability of market class-A contacts major needs/prospects in the territorial institutional and recommend appropriate terms of trade in these channels.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage distributors/ dealers.
- Manage Key accounts / institutional customer/prospective leads etc.
- Identify newer avenues of business
- Responsible for collection of overdues on time.
- Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand performance.
- Track distribution and sales performance on weekly basis.
