Bayer - Lead - Recruitment (5-8 yrs)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The job holder provides leadership and coordination for local recruiting administration. Job holder is responsible to drive process efficiency and improvements in close cooperation with the HR community locally and globally. He/she is familiar with the key Bayer HR and recruiting processes and functions and ensures that these are taken into account at the local level.

2. Proactively work with the local and global HR community (HR Experts, HR Business Partners, HR Services, HR Organization etc.) locally to convert strategies and policies into recruiting services for country / country group.

3. Proactively identify recruiting service delivery issues and take appropriate action to resolve; promote performance improvement initiatives based on local needs and global structure.

4. Ensure efficiency and reduction of complexity by standardization and the use of best practice in service delivery for recruiting based on global framework.

5. Maintain and improve quality standards within the process service team by establishing and analyzing global and (appropriate) local KPIs (including 3rd party KPIs) as well as defining and tracking according actions for local organization that are in line with global governance.

6. Manage daily service operations, responding to service demands as they arise (e.g. volume of calls, staff absence, e-mail queries, etc.).

7. Ensure proper budget performance and alignment.

8. Ensure local support and knowledge for incident/problem management for local topics based on global steering and rules.

9. Has clear overview about changes, project requests and developments in the field of recruiting within a country and coordinates as needed.

10. Supervises prioritized recruiting projects and services in the region and supports the project/service team.

11. Ensure compliance and risk management across recruiting locally.

12. Ensure the implementation of local norms and laws in relation to the recruiting process and system.

13. Oversees the vendor relationships associated with recruiting (employment agencies, web sites, traditional advertising) and manages the scheduling & attendance of job / university fairs and professional associations as well as, other outreach programs.

WHO YOU ARE:

1. 5-8 years of Experience in HR, with 3-4years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.

2. MBA / PGDM in Human Resources Management - Tier 1/ Tier 2 preferred.

3. People Management Experience - Preferred.

4. Analytical Skills, Strong Communication and Ability to handle stakeholders across levels.

5. Strong emphasis on data analytics, dashboards, cost effective hiring.
