LOCATION: Thane WHAT YOU DO: - Payroll processing and payments. - To ensure compliance with Statutory compliance like profession tax, Income tax. - GL accounting in SAP. - Suggest and work together with other functions like accounting and controlling team on various payments and schedule of GL accounting, accounting of all various expenses related to payroll. - To liaise with auditors for statutory audit and tax audit. - Filing of Salary E-TDS returns and Form 16. - Monitoring & Updating tax related transitions in SAP HR System. - Payroll processing and payments. - To prepare GL account schedule. - Liaise with auditors for statutory and Tax audit. - IT/PTax, F&F, salary payments and accounting to GL. - Liaise with actuary. - Filing of IT returns and providing Tax certificate (Form 16) to employees. WHO YOU ARE: - Graduation in Commerce & Post Graduation - Preferable SAP HR - Payroll / SAP -FICO, Personal taxation & Accounting. - 3-4 yrs. Experience in similar role in finance/Accounts department. - Strong MS Office skills and analytical bent of mind. - Ability to collaborate and work with various stakeholders.
