Jamiak Inc. is based in the USA. This work is Work from the Home profile. Please note this is a full-time job with a fixed monthly salary. However, since the company is based out of the USA and there is no registered office in India your offer letter will be in the form of a contract.

Job Description:-

Project Management

- Should be able to handle detailed project planning from requirement generation to Implementation

- Resource planning and allocation

- Divide the total project into Task, Sub-Task, and Milestones and maintain adherence to the project timeline.

Business Process Mapping

- As-is & To-be Analysis

- Analyze and document (Business requirement specification BRS) business process and workflows for each department (Supply Chain, Product, Marketing, Finance, etc)

- Should be able to convert BRS to SRS (Software requirement specification SRS) and work with Odoo development team to get thee work flows mapped in the system

- Act as a link between Business and IT: provide business priorities, challenge IT solutions, and follow-up implementation

- Develop system architecture in consultation with the development team

ERP Implementation

- Follow and check the development (functional testing and presentation to the internal customer for validation)

- Act as a business representative during the implementation of solutions to ensure business needs are met

- Optimize solutions related to specific project issues

- Provide Odoo functional training sessions to the end-users (Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, etc)

- Define the scope of the testing & develop business test scenarios

- Provide support to the end-users during the User Acceptance Test

Must Haves:-

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Technology/Business Administration

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in any of the ERP Application (Odoo Preferred)

- Ability to understand different business processes

- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly

- An affinity with the IT world, you understand what an ERP is and what open source is

- Excellent planning and communication skills
