You will work with the founding team to:
- Help BatteryPool understand their ideal customer and go to market strategy in the electric mobility and clean energy space.
- Build and refine BatteryPool's product market fit by asking intelligent questions to early customers (as opposed to reciting a sales script)
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Enable and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 Battery Suppliers
The ideal candidate has:
- An entrepreneurial mindset and has worked in an Enterprise/B2B role in the past
- A BE/BTech or Masters in Engineering
- 2+ years of enterprise sales OR sales experience with Automotive component supplier
- Ability to prioritize multiple customers, projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A strong sense of ownership for their work and a desire to drive company growth
