About Battery Smart : Battery Smart is building India's largest network of battery swapping stations for electric vehicles through its asset-light network of partner swap stations. Responsibilities : - Generating business insights through analytical techniques - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down complex business problems and recommend data solutions - Identify, develop and deliver analytical projects that will create significant business impact - Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis - Perform analytics and generate actionable insights from the data from IoT-connected products - Deliver self-service analytics, insights, KPIs, and metrics for use by various stakeholders - Implement real-time alerting mechanisms Requirements : - 4-6+ years of experience in analytics/data science/big data tools - Strong technical background in languages like Python, R, SAS, SQL - Strong technical background in visualization tools like Tableau - Past-experience of managing teams and working in a cross-functional environment - Data-driven thinking and a good track record of execution of analytical projects - Ability to manage multiple Analysts and provide customized guidance for individual development - Strong stakeholder management Education : Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or any other quantitative discipline
