Lead - Process Excellence
Responsibilities :
- Design, document, and implement SOPs to drive robustness in processes and operations.
- Observe the processes and suggest data-backed changes to improve the efficiency of the existing processes
- Drive constant problem-solving at the ground operations and ensure continuous process improvement
- Work with operations teams to ensure that stakeholders are following the processes standardized as per the process playbook and achieve complete process adherence.
- Work closely with the field operations team to identify and deploy solutions to operational problems
- Own the process deployment charter - train operations resources on new processes and process changes
- Be a constant bridge between the ground operations team and other functions like Business Development, Tech, and Finance.
Requirments :- BE/B.tech, MBA/PGDM with 5+ years of experience in process excellence
- Strong in data and analytics & making data-backed decisions
- Good at anticipating problems and problem-solving
- Experience working in a high growth environment and delivering solutions and ensuring excellence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
