For more information, please visit https://www.batterysmart.in/ Job Description : - Independently managing large projects and programs within the organization across various products, operations, partnerships, and investor relations. - Responsible for analyzing, structuring, and solving select business problems within various teams. - Develop product pricing and positioning strategies. - Establish business processes spending time on the ground to gather insights and build solid processes/SOPs to enable a seamless scale-up. - Collaborate across multiple teams - supply, growth, product, finance to ensure coherence and swift execution. - Make data-driven decisions and recommend strategies that achieve measurable results for continuous improvement and change management. Requirements : - Engineering/ MBA from Tier 1 institutions from India/ abroad eg. IIT's/ NIT's/ BITs/ IIM's/ ISB with 2-6 years of startup experience. - Excellent attention to detail to identify gaps and opportunities in procedures, and drive innovative, efficient solutions. - Ability to operate independently. - Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. - Excellent business judgment and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
