BatchVon - Order Fulfillment Manager

- Our furniture manufacturing operations need Order Fulfillment managers (OFM). 

- OFMs are responsible for capturing the correct understanding of the customer's requirement, working with the planning and production teams internally to ensure that the products are manufactured and dispatched on time in full (OTIF) as per the agreed specifications. 

- Ensuring OTIF after passing all internal and external quality checks is the key responsibility of the OFM.

- The successful candidate will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and will report internally to the Key Account Manager. Candidates need to be hands-on and capable of interacting with production planning, production supervision, inventory control and manufacturing center of excellence. 

- The candidate should have the ability to develop strong relationships with customers, resolve any issues and complaints raised, be the single point of contact for all routine communications from the client and put forth ideas to improve our wallet share with customers and maintain systematic templates/databases capturing progress with the customer on key metrics over time.
