BatchVon - Business Analyst (0-5 yrs)
We are looking for business analysts who can perform roles across corporate planning, strategy deployment, pitch preparation, shop-floor coordination, customer communication, order fulfilment and business metrics monitoring. Candidates need to be strong in communication skills, analytical skills and first-principles problem solving.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from IIT / VJTI / NIT
Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services, manufacturing, consulting, software product companies, pharma, apparel and other B2B industries
- Hands on experience in financial modeling, business pitch preparation, with exposure and understanding of smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, IIOT and related concepts
- Effective written and oral communication, organization and interpersonal skills; ability to review and interpret concepts and to communicate necessary actions and requests clearly and concisely
- Good ethical and moral judgment
- Ability to be flexible in a dynamic work environment
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, ability to handle high volume workload, and changing priorities in a high paced environment
- Ability to deal with ambiguity associated with any new venture, proactively take on challenging workstreams and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
- Candidate must be good with first principles problem solving
- Original analytical thinker
- Ability to communicate ideas in a simple manner
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office
