Senior Manager - B2B Roles and Responsibilities : - Responsible for building Distributors/ Super Distributors network in local area. - Accountable for meeting individual monthly sales revenue target of 1 Crore. - Meet with key stakeholders of Schools and Educational Institutions to sale the BasicFirst Learning products and do the tie-ups. - Following and keeping record of competitor offerings, business acquisitions/activities. - Keep the Distributors/Super Distributors acquainted with new developments in the company products. - Responsible for selling Products (Content Based Tablets, Content Based SD Cards & Content Based Pen Drives) to schools and educational institutes. - Participate in any Training and Development programs as recommended by the senior management. - Ensure active participation in all the sales and other team meetings. Desired Candidates Profile : - Individual Contributor and self-driven - Well versed with local area network - Good to Have Education Sales background - Must have handled 50% of district of the assigned area
