BASF in India has 9 production sites, 2 R&D centers and more than 2,000 employees and is well positioned to meet the current and future needs of the ever-growing Indian market.  Main Tasks  - To ensure successful conduct and implementation of the Talent Identification Programs of BASF in South Asia  - To implement Development Initiatives for the identified Talent in various pools of BASF.  - To coordinate and deploy Development Centres, Top Talent Training Programs, and Action Learning Projects  - To track Development Action Plans for talent pool candidates  - To ensure timely updating, communication and awareness on Performance Management and Talent Development to larger employee base (initiatives, policies, processes, programs, database, status updates  - To map and track talent movements as per the identified plan.  - To work and create leadership pipeline for the organization through structured succession planning process in  - To work on other developmental projects across the organization.  - To prepare and develop the development budget.  Requirements  - MBA with a specialization in HR  - Minimum 10 years experience  - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and SAP  - Good understanding of the functions of a human resource within a corporate operations structure and manufacturing sites.  - Good understanding of Talent Management Concepts and experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, HR projects & succession planning.  - Good Interpersonal skills
