Job Description
Lateral Hiring
- Manage complete recruitment life-cycle by maintaining optimum hiring time-lines, recruitment cost minimization, and hiring forecasting.
- Strategize plans to meet the open demand under defined guidelines
- Conduct Interviews, Offer Negotiations, Fitment and Salary discussions
- Pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in Hiring, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
- Build tools and systems to streamline and increase efficiency in hiring
- Proactively assessing and making the right hiring decision.
Campus Program Management
- Lead campus hiring initiative for the company
- Handle end to end hiring from Tier 1 and Tier 2 campuses for the team (Technical (Hotel Management) as well as management hiring).
- Manage various engagement and branding initiatives for campuses
- Manage the process for recruiting high quality graduates and interns
- Creating and executing marketing events in collaboration with school teams to attract quality applicants on and off-campus
Salary range : 6-8 LPA
