Role : - Looking for a highly motivated individual, who will work directly with the founder in building a strong foundation and robust growth plan for the company. - Work on developing solutions to maximize usage of analytics and decision sciences across business areas, especially Marketing (Lifetime value, Repeat, Retention, Cross Sell, etc.). - Define, implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for different business areas. - Help influence a high-performance culture by challenging critical business assumptions and encouraging cross-functional collaboration Requirement : - 2-4 years of experience gained in top tier strategy consulting (ideally in CPG industry). - Experience in strategy development, with a focus on growth strategy and execution. - Thrives on chaos and ambiguity, and loves to structure and solve the most complex problems. - Strong financial modelling skills (e.g. P&amp;L modelling, business plan etc.) - Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, commercial, highly analytical, - Clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity. - Proficient in market research and data analysis; should be able to provide strong business judgment/build hypothesis. - Strong written communications - Is able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.
