Bare Anatomy is one of India's first beauty tech brand offering personalization in the personal care and beauty segment. We aim at revolutionizing the personal care and beauty segment in India! We're looking for an experienced manager to list and manage the third party online marketplace business i.e. Amazon, Flipkart, Netmeds, Medlife, 1mg, Pharmeasy, Nykaa, Healthkart, Big Basket etc. for the brand Job responsibilities: - Grow sales in the marketplace channels to meet overarching company goals - Responsible for the entire marketplace P&amp;L and accountable for MOM sales growth. - Stay abreast with happenings on the platforms i.e. promotions, sales, changes in the listing, change in focus of the platform, etc. - Collecting data for platforms e.g. top selling products, competitor performance, advertising mechanisms, etc. - Maintain relationships with account managers at the platforms - Ensuring that the brand follows best practices in terms of the listing, SEO, and running advertisements - Ensure that the brand participates in all the important sales and events on platforms e.g. Prime Day on Amazon, specific category sales, etc. - Responsible for brand visibility on the platform through paid and non-paid initiatives - Managing inventory and ensuring zero stock out Skills required : - Prior experience of listing and managing listing on marketplaces - Existing relationships with account managers at marketplaces and knowledge of advertising on such platforms - Experience in personal care category would be a huge plus - Degree and minimum 2 years of experience as a marketplace manager - Keen analytical mind, strong on planning, detail, and accuracy, and a demonstrably creative thinker
