What will you be doing? - Ensuring the delivered Salesforce technology solution is in line with both CRM and Data Strategies and the overall Barclays Payments game plan and vision. - Assisting with the configuration and customization in different Salesforce offerings including Sales Cloud and other SFDC products; SFMC, Communities, Einstein (Tableau CRM) - Preparing mock-ups and presenting Demos for Stakeholders - Contributing with the overall testing and troubleshooting of new functionalities, and facilitating user acceptance testing - Helping with user training preparation (train the trainer) and execution when required What we're looking for: - Planning and Project Management Skills: Proven record in identifying and delivering key strategic system projects and process improvements to time and budget. - Strong Communication, Negotiation and Influencing: Strong communications skills, comfortable with liaising with individuals at all levels to agree goals and influence decisions. - Strategic Thinking: Extensive knowledge and experience in CRM tools and a high level of knowledge around CRM principals. - Adaptability: The role will require the candidate to be adaptable and cover multiple aspects of the role including but not exclusively; development, DevOps, training and delivery. Skills that will help you in the role: - Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Consultant - Salesforce experience as Administrator or Consultant - Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant - Familiar with Agile concept and methodologies
