Job Role:
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- To provide an accurate and timely financial service including setting and monitoring of budgets, forecasts cash flow analysis, management & financial accounts & advice.
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
- Reconcile bank and investment accounts
- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting
- Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.
Cash management:- Managing cash flow of thousand crore plus, liaison with 4/5 banks for various banking activities like term loan, working capital loan, treasury etc.
Accounts Receivable: Exposure of managing daily cash realization of 3 cr by way of cash, credit card, vouchers, wallet etc. Ensuring proper reconciliation, realization and balance confirmation etc.
Accounts Payable: Exposure of managing three thousand vendors, master management, payment, reconciliation and balance confirmation
Team Management: Managing team size of five employee.
Qualification-CA/CMA
Years of Exp: 11- 14 yrs
