About The Role

As a Banking Manager in the team, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership to the banking team and improving the efficiency. You will ensure that the department operates smoothly, maintains accurate and complete records of al banking transaction and related tasks.

What will the individual do day to day?

- Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.

- Manage all aspects of In-house investment/Cash Credit, Intercompany Funding & Other portfolios.

- Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes.

- Manage relationships with financial service providers & Cross functional teams

- Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.

- Prepare Company's various cash flow forecasts & other Business MIS.

- Handling various queries of Banks, Rating Agencies, auditors and other investors.

- Monitoring fund requirement exploring alternatives for funds

- Variance analysis of actual Cash flow vis- -vis planned cash flow

- Investment of surplus funds and its accounting/reconciliation

- Forecast daily cash requirements in order to execute daily financing decisions.

- Ensure timely monthly closure of books relating to treasury.

- Manage Foreign currency payments

- Monitor bank service fees, Other charges and address quality issues.

- Ensuring Timely Completion of Bank Reconciliations

- Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits Bridge's requirements.

- Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.

- Manage, direct, and develop Treasury Team.

- Additional duties as directed by the finance controller.

What are we looking for?

- Graduate/post graduate

- Minimum of 5-7 years' related treasury management operations

- Knowledge of multi-currency operations.

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively

- Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups.

- Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at all levels across the company

- Approachable and open.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to seek out underlying assumptions through probing, questioning, and listening

- Demonstrated commitment to customer service; ability to empathize with customer needs, to proactively communicate and respond promptly to needs

- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving work environment, and meet deadlines; self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through

- Ability and willingness to take responsibility for results and to see obstacles as challenges

- Demonstrated reliability, positive attitude, and enthusiasm.

- Prior supervisory or managerial experience.

- Ability to interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience of working in a group environment - e.g. as part of a group of companies with intercompany transactions is ideal

- Must have experience of working with a Tally ERP system
