Job Responsibilities :

- Project finance transactions, restructuring arrangements

- Advising on restructuring of corporate debt (including under the Corporate Debt Restructuring mechanism (CDR) and Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 (SICA)), enforcement proceedings, winding up of companies

- Transactions pertaining to Mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments.

- Advising clients on transactions related to private placement of debt securities, issue of commercial papers, issue of convertible debentures and structured obligation transactions

- Advised clients on compliance requirements by alternative investment funds, setting up parallel structures (offshore/onshore)

- Strategizing and drafting relevant correspondence and pleadings for litigation in relation to the restructuring.
