Banking & Finance Lawyer - Law Firm (4-7 yrs)
Our client, a leading top tier law firm in Mumbai is looking to retain banking & finance professionals with 2-7 years of experience.
The professional should :
a. Handle the entire suite of lender-side banking and finance transactions;
b. Equally adept at advising banks, NBFCs and multilateral agencies (including the ADB and IFC), the team's deal sheet includes high-value debt restructurings, mezzanine financing, project finance and complex securitization.
c. Advice to banks and NBFCs on structured trade finance, and assistance with financing rounds into infrastructure investment trusts;
d) Handle advisory and due-diligence work as well
