The professional should :

a. Handle the entire suite of lender-side banking and finance transactions;

b. Equally adept at advising banks, NBFCs and multilateral agencies (including the ADB and IFC), the team's deal sheet includes high-value debt restructurings, mezzanine financing, project finance and complex securitization.

c. Advice to banks and NBFCs on structured trade finance, and assistance with financing rounds into infrastructure investment trusts;

d. Advice to banks and NBFCs on structured trade finance, and assistance with financing rounds into infrastructure investment trusts.
