Banking Alliance Role - Bank/NBFC/FinTech (5-8 yrs)

Job Purpose : Acquire, develop and maintain relationships with Banks , NBFCs to meet business objectives
Role and Responsibility :
- Acquire new partnerships, Develop and Manage existing relationships through value addition for Banking, and NBFC clients on digital payments platform - Benow
- Develop and build new strategic partnerships with Banks, and NBFCs.
- Finding ways to better engage with banks through deeper client relationships
- Creating a 360-degree feedback loop between Bank alliance teams and our internal teams
- Updating clients about the latest products released and share insights about the market and our cutting edge technology
- Identify new areas for business growth by researching industry and related events
- Developing individual sales goals and ensuring they are met
- Negotiating deals with vendors, clients, banks and NBFC
Skills and experience :
Essential :
- 5 to 8 years of working in partnerships/account management/BD / Strategic alliances in Banking or Payments business / Fintech partners.
- Experience of Account Management / Alliance with Banks, NBFCs etc
- Experience of interacting with stakeholders across the Banking, and NBFC leadership
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
Soft Skills :
- Proactive & self-motivated, willing to take the lead
- Excellent communication skills with collegial attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships at all levels including senior management level
