What is the position?

BankBazaar is looking for an individual in the Product Management Team, who will play a key role in expansion of BB into international markets by leveraging the global platforms and working closely with business teams in new markets. As part of the role, solving user problems is one of the key parts of the funnel i.e. Instant disbursal in our paperless journey. This means close analysis of this critical part of the funnel, identify problem areas and provide simple, effective solutions to improve conversions in the user flow. This will contribute to the company's overall goal of a true paperless journey in the final application, documentation process of the funnel.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in critical part of the product and user flow where users close the final step of application & documentation that will be submitted to bank

- Assist SPM in launch of new products & features geared for conversions & flow enhancements

- Understand the workings of BB frameworks & collate pieces between various stakeholding teams to execute on deliverables

- Leverage analytics data and conversion metrics to identify & resolve pain points in user flow

- Analyze feature performance & device solvable methods /fixes by working with dev team

- Prioritize features, requests, asks from various teams keeping in mind customer impact, business impact & dev costs

- Close involvement in documentation, validation, verification of critical performance data, feedback and findings related to the customer buying funnel

- Responsible for driving key conversion metrics along with a Senior Product Manager

Note: This candidate is expected to spend some time initially (ranging between 3-6 months) in our Head Office at Chennai. This initial period will be immersive in nature, during which the candidate will go through structured orientation programs, live working sessions, participate in release cycles and interact closely with crossfunctional teams across multiple areas of production. This will be useful in a role that demands in-depth understanding of our working culture and environment.
