What do We need from You?

- Bachelors in STEM from a reputed college, MBA (preferred) from a reputed college

- Demonstrated excellence in some fields (achievement in academic/co-curricular/work ex.)

- 3-5 years of work experience (incl. in a fast-paced environment)

- Experience working in business analyst/product/strategy/consulting roles

- Demonstrated impact at work

- Prior exposure to tech/e-commerce

- Proficient in MS Excel

- Good to have experience in Data processing (e.g., SQL/R/Access), Data Visualization (e.g., -Power BI/Tableau) tools

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication (oral & written) skills.

Your role will include

- Generate and implement actionable insights to improve business outcomes

- Define and drive new initiatives in a highly cross-functional environment.

- Location - Chennai/Bangalore

- Desired Experience - 3 to 5 years of experience
