Manager / Senior Manager - Key Account Management

To be the single point of contact for the client relationships which you will manage:
- Conceptualizing and implementing competent strategies for Prospecting and Sourcing of New strategically important partnerships for Bankbazaar.com.
- Manage Existing Accounts and ensure that the New Accounts are smoothly on-boarded on to the platform in coordination with technology and operations teams.
- Drive and deepen industry partnerships and relationships with respective partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and ensure mutually beneficial partnership.
- Own lead generation and conversion process by strategizing to drive channel sales and achieve an increase in revenue per client by keeping a keen eye on profitability.
- Evaluating new product opportunities and bring forward proposals for products to expand the capabilities that are aligned with business strategy.
- Managing complete product management activities from getting the product developed to launching in coordination with Internal and Partner team.
- Defining product scope, finalizing base enhancement and prioritizing product roadmap strategies.
- Ability to understand different technology platforms, their features and be able to work with solution architects/engineering managers and thus enable and guide the product team to write detailed product requirement documents, manage future roadmaps and deliverables.
- Prepare periodic performance reports by doing variance analysis against the budgeted plan for the Product category
- Drive cross-sell & up-sell initiatives - Internally through creative Product Placement and externally through partner engagement.
- Liaising with other Campaign Managers to decide product & marketing integration and reviewing performance of the campaign at the end
- Analyzing partner performance on Bankbazaar.com platform and having regular interactions with the P&L owners from the partner side.
- Concept-Selling of multiple path-breaking initiatives and products in the Fintech space for increasing online presence and channel effectiveness of our partners.
- Be a great storyteller, able to build a strong product narrative that clearly articulates the motivation for the project, goals, and path to success.
Required Skills:
- MBA from Premier Institute with experience in Banking / Fintech Sales background.
- Experienced Sales and Business Development professional with Strong Product Management experience.
- Strong Communication coupled with Out of the Box Thinking and Negotiation Skills.
- Experience of interacting with Senior Business Leaders and managing Strategic Client Relationships.
