Designation: Manager / Senior Manager Function: Financial Control Unit (FCU) Location: Chennai Responsibilities: - Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results. - Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements basis Accounting Standards. - Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting. - Research technical accounting issues for compliance. - Manage month-end and year-end close process. - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. - Coordinating activities of external auditors/Internal Auditors. - Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance. - Working capital Management and liasioning with Banks. Required Skills: - Should be a CA Inter / Qualified or ICWA or MBA Finance. - Good verbal and written Communication. - Strong experience and knowledge in Accounting, Taxation and Audit. - Exposure to Ind AS and GST is highly preferable.
