BankBazaar.com - Manager - Credit Policy

Role Description:

The credit policy on Bankbazaar.com is core to controlling the website intelligence in terms of product offerings that are applicable for different segments of consumers. This function acts as a centrifugal force which helps in cross functionally binding together different functional units within the company towards revenue and disbursal goals by program managing multiple initiatives to achieve the same. The credit policy team also manages relationships with the credit risk organization across all partners banks & FIs.

This role will lead the credit policy for the credit cards product category on Bankbazaar.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner Management:

- Develop & maintain relationships with the credit risk organization of Bankbazaar's partner banks & FIs

- Analyzing partner performance on Bankbazaar.com and driving key vectors for improvements of the same

- Driving implementation recommendations with partners via regular interactions to improve partner performance

Category Management:

- Assess the impact of different metrics and identify the right changes to be driven for improving the metrics for the category to targeted levels.

- Drive change through cross functional teams (Business operations, Sales, Technology, product management, technology & analytics) via projects for improving the metrics for the category to targeted levels

Team Management:

- Lead and provide strategic directions to team assigned and guide them for better efficiencies

- Setting up scalable review processes to review assigned team as well as cross functional teams for metrics / outcomes that requires cross functional collaboration

Desired Skills / Competency:

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

- Strong communicator with the ability to shape / influence key decision makers at partnerships

Experience / Domain knowledge:

- 4 to 8 years experience

- Preferably in the Banking domain

- Experience in credit bureau / product team at banks or NBFCs will be an added advantage
