Job Description:
- Design and develop a recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategy.
- Creating and identifying sourcing strategy- job rotations, IJP's, direct sourcing, social media, vendor partners, etc.
- Responsible for mapping external talent pool to critical positions within the organization and creating a healthy pipeline.
- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures.
- Work in liaison with Hiring Managers to ensure timely on-boarding of candidates.
- Coordinating with respective Stakeholders to identify requisition needs & determine selection criteria.
- Effectively create job descriptions and job evaluations to identify the key KRA's and KPI's across roles.
- Work on his own individual monthly targets as well as help the team to achieve their respective targets to meet the business requirements.
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms
- Develop key recruitment metrics and work to reduce the overall TAT. Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire).
- Maintain, Track Data & Hiring MIS.
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Skills & Experience:
- Education - MBA (Full Time)
- Atleast 7+ years of strong experience in Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT Talent Market and Talent availability.
- Proven experience in Leadership and Niche Hiring.
- Must have hands experience of working and handling ATS & RMS.
- Good understanding of Social Media and other professional networks.
- Must have strong exposure in Designing and Implementing Recruitment processes from scratch.
- Must have Time Management and Negotiation skills.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills (exceptional interpersonal skills)
- Experience in building rapport and collaborating with Hiring Managers through the open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages
- Ability to work in a Fast-paced environment and consistently meet hiring deadlines.
- Ability to lead a Team by example.
