Job Description:
- Hands on reconciliation experience.
- Experience on Oracle is preferred.
- Identifying and reduction of open items in account reconciliations.
- Interact with the client and explain the root cause and the suggested approach on process change to permanently eliminate root cause of open items.
- Knowledge and relevant experience about balance sheet reconciliations and F&A outsourcing (P2P, O2C, R2R) industry fundamentals.
