Bancassurance Business Manager - Bank (4-10 yrs)
The Business Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target for the assigned bank branches.
Target Achievement:
- Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches
- Sales Support
- Support the CRO in his sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc.
- Business Planning & execution to achieve the Monthly Operating Plan MOM.
- Driving Business through Branch Banking, CASA & Privy verticals of the Bank.
- Driving Channel Activations and client coverage by RM, Exclusive RM and other Relationship teams.
- Regular skill assessment & up gradation of Branch Staff, engaging and influencing them to penetrate the product offering to the existing product portfolio of the client.
- Compliance with all statutory and regulatory norms.
- Working closely with various departments and other external stakeholders involved to meet the deadlines promised.
- Diligently adhering to the compliance & Insurance Regulatory Norms in the assigned region.
- Design various customer engagement campaigns and execute the same with keeping track of campaign outcomes and making necessary modifications wherever applicable

Relationship Management:
- The Bank is the key customer of the Business Manager and he has to engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff
- Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, JV Companys product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)
- Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals facilitated and customers are satisfied.
Lead Generation:
- Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
QUALITATIVE :
- Achieving sales targets
- Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales
- Arranging training programs for bank staff on products and selling skills
- Increasing productivity of bank branch
QUANTITATIVE: Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual Sales Target
